MC Aquatic Construction is a commercial pool and hardscape construction company with over 25 years of pool design and construction expertise in central Texas. We specialize in pool designs and construction projects for luxury apartments and condominiums, high-rise hotels, master-planned communities, student housing, and community living facilities seeking to differentiate their amenities by offering outdoor pool experiences that are more memorable for their guests. Our custom designed and engineered pools, whether garden-style, natural, or podium, are some of most unique in the industry and are designed to set the venue apart from any other because they are fun and entertaining to experience.

Carl Mitchell
PRESIDENT / FOUNDER
Carl is the founder and managing member of MC Aquatic Construction. He earned a degree in Business from Texas A&M University at Commerce in 1999. Following graduation, he commenced his professional journey in the commercial swimming pool industry in Austin.
In the spring of 2020, Carl ventured out on his own to establish MC Aquatic Construction. Armed with ambition, resilience, and a proactive mindset, Carl is committed to delivering exceptional results for clients who entrust their projects to MC Aquatic Construction.
Carl and his wife, Kandice, have been residents of the greater Austin area since 2000. Outside of work, Carl enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, hunting, and avidly following football. Carl is an active member of City Church in Georgetown, where he enjoys both worshipping and serving.
